Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Policy:
Payments are made by Credit Card via Stripe.
Consultations and Services are reserved with a 25% deposit.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card two (2) business days before the date of your consultation.
Refund Policy:
Your deposit will be fully refunded (minus a 5% processing fee), provided you notify us of a cancellation at least 3 business days prior to your consultation.
The remaining balance (full payment) charged to your card 2 days before your consultation is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 3 business days notice (per above).
Please note, this refund policy applies to cancellations, not rescheduling needs.
Consultations can be rescheduled (at no charge) with the booking confirmation link, or by contacting Kris at clientcare@firstlighthabitats.com.
